Warner Commercial is ecstatic to announce the GRAND OPENING of Common Market’s second location. It is the culmination of a long relationship and a great deal of commitment from a business that got its start more than 40 years ago.
This new, second location, is sure to prove to be a fantastic way for Common Market to grow their business and expand their vision as a purveyor of a responsible and sustainable community in Frederick via their high quality food and products.
Warner Commercial was pleased to work with Common Market in 2006 when they expanded and moved to their current location on Buckeystown Pike and we’ve enjoyed playing our small part for the past three years for this expansion at this new Seventh Street location in the former Safeway. Truly a community team effort!
After leasing locations for most of their history, Common Market purchased and renovated the nearly 60,000 SF building and for the first time is able to bring together their corporate offices, warehousing, kitchen, bakery, cafe and grocery store all under one roof.
